I did, as my teammates did, but we got almost like a bot answers "we cannot help", so i am asking u to help us, my teammates invested some money and would not like to see them disappointed or leave this game.

When did your team mate joined the team ?? before or after mid way ?
Did they leave or kicked before claiming the reward ?

Everything was regular, TomCat316 and Misty Farmgril are coleads and TheHolyHero is member. We were all together since the start of race event.

Yeah why are not prizes awarded automatically. That way people can be kicked after the race and noone has to worry about not getting the hard earned loot.
Why does it need to be so complicated.
