So just a few hours ago I was trying to connect my account named BANANAS level 59 and at least $150+ on this account, I play the game everyday and now I can't, so I decided to create another facebook account, so I did after the same number I used for a different facebook account so I guess my facebook was deactivated or something and I have no idea where my account is linked to. I have had no support, I contacted them and it didn't help at all.

If for whatever reason your Facebook account is deactivated, your game will be lost. Unfortunately, that is where your saved game data is located. You will have to contact Fac3book to find out why the account has been deactivated, and what you can do to get it restored.

I already see you guys get bad reviews on the App Store saying you have terrible support. Just please.

i am not familiar with ios backup but it is possible that you can still play your game , only you canot use FB features like asking for stamina and so
the ideal solution is to contact FB and re activated your account .. it is doable

You can try sending a ticket to support but since you are unsure of where your account is and what Facebook account it is linked to, if any....I am not sure how you think any one can help.
Again, Facebook servers are used for saving your game data. It is what support uses to access your game. Without that info, they cannot help you.
I would suggest you figure out what account your game is attached to and work with Facebook to reactivite it. Although having multiple accounts could be the reason they deactivated it.

I am still logged into my account on my tablet, but I want to transfer my account (login) onto my phone using the mobile app. I made the account two years ago using FB. The problem is I am not sure which FB account I used. When I go to the "Like us on FB" link, it takes me to an old FB account of mine which I assume is the account I used to make my monsters legends account. However, every time I try to connect to that account it says 'success' and then says that 'no user exists....'. Is it possible to access my account using my account id or is there a way I can contact the monsters legends support to access my account?

Hi, I advice you keep trying since Customer Support has lots of tickets to reply. If you don't have access to your account then it might have something to do with fb or you no longer have access to the fb account where your ML account was linked to, if that's the case, you should contact fb Customer Support
