Salut. I've been a Dragon City player, on and off, for years. It's actually one of three games I still regularly play on FB. It's the only game I've actually spent money on.
I know enough programmers to know glitches are inevitable but can say the response time to inquiries, the manners, and the efficiency of the Dragon City team is very much above par.
This is just a feedback post on two points.
In regards to the piggy bank, I was taken by the feature. When the price was 1.99 US I was ready and willing to buy it out every time. When the cost was set at 3.99 US it was no longer a viable option. Seeing the price double was very disappointing as I had finally begun to feel I could compete fairly.
The second point is in regards to the High Celestial race. I spent over an hour this morning trying to collect food collection tokens. I didn't receive a single one. It very much feels as though this side game is skewed. If someone puts in the time, effort, and resources I feel they have fairly deserved the rewards. It's bad enough that IRL you can do everything right and get nowhere. It'd be nice for the games we play to be better than that.
For the time being I'll continue to play. If I continually experience that the time I invest isn't justified by progress I'll have to reevaluate my decision.
