Evasion is a great skill, but isn't it just the same as Phantom?

Which monster have phantom ?
evasion protect against the damage and state effects

CAnot beileve i forgot about Nishant . he is my dark hitter but it is ages since i used this skill

anyway nishant phantom and taiga camouflage don't protect against state effects so evasion is superior

Phantom= Description says "Avoids the first hit," but really, its just space-time
