Not sure if this should be here or off-topic. I am posting here, because it seems few people follow off-topic.

So for may the past two or three days, the "bell" that indicates that I have notifications will have a number above it. But when I click on it, this is what I see and the Loading notifications never goes away.

Anyone else have this problem? I have even left that window open for a minute and it does not go away.

not me now , but sometime i got unread notification and i have to open all notification in a separate page then hit make all notification read
