Where the Heroic dragon! I win in race, but not have a dragon? Why?

@Ahmad-Ali-Khomeni-Tampubolon The same happened to me. I messaged Help and Support also. I spent real money and bought gems to win this event and now I feel robbed and disappointed. I am awaiting feedback but have not heard anything up until now. If I do not get my rewards, I expect to be reimbursed for my money spent solely used for this event for the desired rewards. I have my receipts and I will report to facebook for promoting such a game that steals persons money. I also will discourage anyone from playing this game and I will no longer continue to play.

@Ahmad-Ali-Khomeni-Tampubolon Have you reached lap 5? You need to reach lap 5 to qualify and get the dragon if you finish first.

where's my dragon? i had watch the countdown, but until last second before i can claim the dragon the island gone. then theres a message said "we need calculate bla bla bla for the reward". after couple of minute it's dissapear too. then i tried check the thumbnail/widget on the left. its said same message about waiting to calculate reward the gone. im panick and frustate then i tried to refresh the game. and its already new event. im on lap 8th ( 1st place) then 2nd racer on lap 6, other is 3 or less (non-qualified) it mean, i have right to claim high celestial. but WHERE IS MY REWARD?????? how can i claim it if the island gone????

Please review the threads before posting. There is already a thread discussing this. First off did you reach lap 5 to qualify? Please review THIS THREAD to see if you actually won the dragons and how to claim them.

If you have further questions please post to appropriate threads rather than creating new ones.
