If two dragons are of the same category but of different rarities, does having a higher rarity give you better attack/hitpoints stats? Basically, if both dragons were category 5 and one was a VR and the other was a L, would the L dragon have better stats than the VR one?

Same Category with Different Rarity Question
Post count: 39Reputation: 19Joined:Location: Brazil@Emily-Anee No. If two dragons have the same category, then they will have the same combat stats, no matter their rarity, as combat stats are a function of the dragon level, its rank and category. Here's an example:
Space being has the same health and damage as millennium and supersonic, despite being of inferior rarity. All dragons are category 5, same level with 3 gold stars.
On the other hand, rarity affects the dragon's gold production directly (initial+increase per level): space being's production is 18+13, while both millennium and supersonic produce 26+17 gold per minute. For a comparison, Berserk produces 24+16 gold per minute (more than space being but less than millennium).
