I was wondering how it is that people have more then 1 high dragon of the same kind,I did an arena fight with a person that had 2 High Realm Dragons,how is that possible?

The high realm dragon was one of the first set of heroic dragons. It was also offered as a reward in the high portal dragon race if you reached lap 12. Most of the first heroics have been offered like this during the races for the second heroics.
