So I bought the starter pack about last night, but I did not get any of the things that the starter pack offered. It was still on sale and I have been billed the money for the purchase. How can I get the things I bought or my money back?

Post count: 2226Reputation: 1399Joined:Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania@Reef-Jones It has been a very long time since I’ve seen the starter pack so I am unsure of what you purchased. Gems, food, and gold are automatically added. Dragons...eggs are placed in your storage.
If you are sure the purchase went through, and you did not recieve your items you can send in a support ticket. Include a copy of your teciept that shows the money was charged to you. Instructions are in my signature line.
If you can’t take the heat, don’t tickle the dragon!

Where is the purchase I made? (iOS)
It can take up to 24 hours between the purchase and the gems to update in the game as our system needs to recieve the confirmation from iTunes.If you still haven't received the gems after this amount of time, please check your mail for the iTunes receipt, take a screenshot and contact us by sending a request attaching the image.
Failing this you can access your iTunes Store account and go to the Purchase History section to get the same information. Take a screenshot of the Purchase detailed Information when you click the grey arrow for the purchase in question.
Note that if your purchase process was interrupted by a phone call, low battery, message etc., you’re NOT supposed to be charged. You just need to start the purchase process again.
Without this information, we cannot confirm that this payment comes from you directly and you will need to request a refund directly from Apple themselves as they are in control of all payments.
