How can i get my friends that already on the game to become recruited

This is very old trick -- not sure if it still work -- but told them to uninstall the game from FB -- the progress is saved so no worry -- then you send an invitation and they accept it , this counted towards the recruitment

@dee1212 If you are talking about Facebook friends becoming neighbors in Dragon City, what Haka Taka suggested should work.

If you are trying to recruit them to your alliance, this is still very new. You can post your alliance info and any requirements such as level, Point, etc. to THIS THREAD

Or you can tell them the name of your alliance and have them search for it on the Alliance menu in game. They can then use the join button.

@dee1212 If you want to recruit them for the tavern they have to remove the app, you recruit them and they can accept your request after reinstalling the game.

@Haka-Taka It was t real c.ear so covered all bases.
