I am very frustrated with the newest update. My videos are working correctly. Watch a videi and the game freezes or I keep getting error messages. Really sick of the issues. Fix ut or I will be deleting the app. Also tired of not getting rewards from the offers. Downloaded Merge Dragons, reached level 40 and received no gem.

@Kelly-Good I am sorry that you are having issues with your game. Often when it is video problems it is simply because your device does not have enough free memory. Clutter does build up over time. There are a few things you can try.
Empty your browsers cache files. Delete any unused apps, photos and music. Shut your device completely down and wait a few minutes before turning it back on.
As for the rest of your post, the videos and offers are being brought to you by an independent vendor, not Social Point. At times, there may be no videos available or there may be a delay in getting your rewards.
Any disputes with rewards offered should be submitted to the vendors sponsoring the rewards. You can find more info about how to contact them IN THIS THREAD
