So I have 2 problems.. One is with coliseum, for a second consecutive day I am seeing this message whenever I try to battle in the arena.. .
I can do everything else in the game and this only happens with the Arenas part of the coliseum..

And as for the fairy dragon I tried moving it from its habitat back to kindergarten or even placing it in the dragonarium I can even send it to those castles that need repairing.. but whatever I do I can't actually see it. I can feed it, breed it, train it, the works, it just remains invisible, any ideas?

Roxanne try:

1. clearing your cache
2. shutting down your device, wait a minute or two then restart
3. uninstalling/reinstalling game

If none of these help, try sending in a ticket to support, instructions in my signature.

I had cleared cache before thinking of posting here, it didn't seem to help as the error was still popping by. Sometimes it will say it when entering, others it will pop up during a fight..which is annoying as heck.

It has been happening since yesterday and I've shut down my pc twice since then so I don't think that will change anything.

Uninstalling by facebook settings and reinstalling through the game's page.. I thought that'd erase the game's data?

No it won't erase your data, your data is saved on SPs servers. I didn't realize you were playing on PC, in that case there is nothing that you can do. There is an issue with the PC version, SP is aware of it and they are working to try to resolve it.

Now your Fairy issue is something else entirely. You may have to send in a ticket for that.

Is there another version of the app? Even tried it on gameroom and same issue.. guess I'll just see if it gets fixed.. funny thing is I had no problem till yesterday.. Anyway,thanks!

It started around the time the arena event ended. Other than trying using one of the android emulators on a pc you would need to use either an android or ios device.

@Roxanne-Catherine You can download Bluestacks or MeMu. That are emulators that simulate phone version of games on PC. The bug isn`t on phone. So that should work. But these emulators need much space and a graphic card. Plus they are laggy. If you have a good phone, try to play there.

Well lol now I'm also having the same error message when I try to speed up my hapitat's upgrade.. I didn't have these issues 1,5 days ago so I don't quite understand why all of a sudden I'me having errors with everything.

The speed up - tried twice- took my gems both times as if it performed the speed up but still gives an error, and the habitat is still not upgraded \o/

@Roxanne-Catherine I think you should really ask the support to check your game.

@Roxanne-Catherine It is weekend and they have only a small team there on weekends. So an answer might take a while.
