I found out about the loyalty system... I was wondering how I get it... Can someone please help me?

This was replaced few months ago by the monthly calendar

Then why do the monsters still have the puzzle pieces?
And my friend was just doing it a couple days ago...

For those who are in the middle of the puzzle (they probably stopped playing for quite awhile), SP will let you complete the puzzle before switching to monthly calendar reward.
