Since the last update my game is really laggy. Half of the things won't load, including the side panel. I tried clearing cache, but it didn't work, so I reinstalled the game, but it only got worse. I also changed my device recently to huawei p9 lite, but the game worked fine until the update. Anyone with similar experiences?

I was also going to suggest you check to see if you have enough available memory and storage. You may just have too much on your device. That is often the issue when it isn’t loading properly.

Game won't load properly
Post count: 8Reputation: 2Joined:Yup, I have over 3GB free space. I thought it was the storage problem too, so I uninstalled some of the apps I don't use often, but it's still the same. If I wait long enough, the monsters will appear, but the side panel is not there and some of the icons, like the ones above the Monsterwood or the Forge won't load.

Clearing the cache will make the game unplayable for a while till it load all those files again , the duration depend on your connection speed . it is NOT advisable to keep clearing it . beside
Huawei file manager tend to clear it auto . so every few loads you will notice that the game is loading from start
so try to turn this feature off and leave it till loading complete -
Game won't load properly
Post count: 8Reputation: 2Joined:Thanks for your help! I've never really noticed before how much space this game takes.
So it took a couple of days, but it's loading properly now. I even gave up on it, installed all the apps back (ones that I deleted to make more space), informed my team about my problem. And I logged in today, and it was working just fine. Guess it took this lot of time to load everything. On my previous phone, after clearing cache, it was way faster (minutes, not days) for the game to load again. Guess it's the matter of device.
But the best thing about this whole situation is that now my Monsterwood works. For several months I haven't been receiving any rewards after watching trailers (mainly Unity Ads), but now I get them all. And the game runs way smoother.
So all in all, through some black magic process, I gained more pleasant gaming experience :P
Thanks again for the info!XGhostRiders
