Hello guys, nice to meet you, I'm new here and I have a problem, recently my phone was stolen and there was my DC app with my progress so I'm using a tablet to play the game, when I'm trying to connect my Facebook with my DC to recover my progress I got an error and I didn't have this problem with my phone, I tried to delete the game and install it again, delete the cache and still I get an error, how can I fix this problem? Please help, sorry about my English, I'm from Ecuador hehe

Post count: 1563Reputation: 917Joined:Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania@Kevin_keyblade Hi Kevin, welcome to the forums. First thing, do you have more than one Facebook account? Because your game can only be linked to one account.
Make sure that you have a Facebook app, not just a browser, installed and log in to the account the game is linked to. Then load your game and connect to Facebook.
If you still get an error message, send a detailed message to support. Instructions are in my signature line.
If you can’t take the heat, don’t tickle the dragon!
