My idea is simple, why not create a little competition inside the alliance. The member with the highest, 2nd ,and 3rd highest score must have a reward greater than others so that eveyone will want to be a top contributor it also benefit the member that always contribute and give effort. From what I experience in the alliance some just contribute the minimum amount to guarantee their reward

@masterz01 That’s still not going to motivate some people to participate. Out of 20 people, right now almost half my alliance does nothing. Next event, I’m booting dead weight. Why join an alliance if you don’t want to do the chests?

But thats the fact some just joins for they think that it is required. It will not hurt to make the toppers get a little boost at the same time the non-contributor might contribute and climb the ladder so that they also get what the past topper got. Think about it beside the non-contributor which is almost 50% of the alliance the others contribute so that they will get the chest cause just by contributing even 1 point you'll get the same reward like from the top contributer. And also whats the purpose of having the ranking's in the alliance chest if you'll get the same rewards

I'm usually one of the top contributors but one week I was so busy I didn't do as much combat so was way down in the list. With what you propose I'd have lost out that week. Another suggestion is that Dragon City makers add up everyone's totals at the end of the month and the top 10 across all the players get gems or gold or food. That way people can catch up, play more and aim for a reward from Dragon City.
Just a suggestion.
We all need motivation and freebies. :O)
