Please keep in mind that Dragon City has more than a million players around the globe, and they don’t work weekends. If you do not get a response by mid-week, send in a follow up report.

Also, when submitting bug reports, be as clear as possible and provide details such as the Name of the Event, the missing dragon, etc.
