Hi all, I would like to know, if I'm the only one, who is not able to watch videos via monsterwood? In already last 6 months I'm facing this issue. Partly it was possible, but last 2 weeks no chance in general. Black screen with short message "we are sorry, something wrong, please try again..." Next try no video, or black screen and closed ... . Monsterwood shows trailer available, but no video at all ... . Maybe 1 try from 20 works, I can watch the video, but at the end no rewards. Currently there is also daily quest, but one of the tasks is video in monsterwood. Several times reported to social points support, but no solution for me. Any experiences, proposals, what's to do? Thanks in advance for your support

Post count: 63Reputation: 9Joined:@Andranianus for your information, probably you downloaded monster legends from amazon appstore, same as me, there is no solution at the moment. To clear files from cache or to reset advertasing ID helps only by google play. There are currently more player complaining. You can watch one video, if you try to open available trailer maybe 50 times (my experiences), so 1 of 50 works ... But you need to invest at least one hour of your time for it, so at the end no benefit.

Post count: 1245Reputation: 372Joined:@Vaclav-Vetrak I do have videos, but I need to watch almost 60 (or more) to get the rewards, because the ads simply doesn't play (I only get a picture which I need to close), but luckily those doesn't count. The normal ads are working properly.
But SP said it ingame that once they fix the problem, they'll bring back the relics. There were the Nautilus event (got 2) and now this lucky event, so it looks like SP think they fixed the problem (which I highly doubt). But still, no relics ...

I now have one video that plays endlessly. It never ends. It's an ad for "OverwatchLeague." If you click on the "X" in the corner it asks if you wis to forfeit your reward. You have no choice but to say yes because otherwise you will be watching the video until the end of time.
Other videos say "problem playing video. Try again later."

Post count: 30Reputation: 5Joined:So I don’t mind watching monster wood videos especially when it gives out monster cells, which I appreciate very much, so thanks for that. What I don’t like right now is trying to watch over 100 videos and monsterwood crashes or no videos appear or watch one video to get no cells. The worst is watching 4 videos to get 1 reward but then stuck with getting 0 cells after finishing the 4 videos. What’s up with that? Something that takes less than one hour has turned into a whole day event, which is ridiculous. I have constantly reloaded or reinstalled the game with no success. Maybe it’s just happening to me but this is just annoying. For someone to enjoy the game and then have this experience is not fulfilling. Anyone else having issues?
