I spent a bunch of time on the FF XV New Empire task. Never played the game before, got my Citadel up to level 12 and I'm supposed to get the x2 bonus for 1364 gems, but nothing's happened. Can someone help me look into this? I have screenshots showing my citadel and that the offer is still running
