I am trying to answer a dilemma. I thought leaders were established when the person created the group, and they appointed their Co - leads. However, I was informed that these individuals were appointed by the people who run the game. Could you please clarify this issue for me? Thank you.

the Lead is normally the one who created the team and he can appoint Co's A lead can step down and promote someone else to Lead. then there is a situation that a Lead and or co's are no longer active in that case the game mechanics appoints another lead and or co's

Is that based on Monster Power? I think that is how I became the Lead for my first team.

I think it's entirely based on monster power.

One team I was on the leader left the team. Then the person with the highest monster power automatically became the leader, even though he had been a totally inactive player for months.

Needless to say, it was time to leave that team!
