How would it work if some people in your alliance don't do anything ever?

If they are not participating in the chests then they are not qualifying and they are not getting any rewards. Which means they are just dead weight. It then becomes a decision of the leader(s) as to whether they should remain in your alliance or be kicked so that more active players can join and participate.

FYI I moved this topic to the Alliance section and your title is a little confusing since there are no Alliance Heroic Races.

i am not to going particapate in any race that u play 24/ 7 so if dragon citygave me option i will not play in this race or any other race as allince people out their self only their self
