Just an FYI. I got a nice bunch of Fire Elemental cells from the Barbael dungeon (2 floors completed). It was a big factor for me in deciding to do the dungeons now rather than wait (I need Fire cells).

Logged out, when I logged back in, the Fire cells I got from the Barbael dungeon had vanished.

Sent a ticket to support. Meanwhile, suggest keeping an eye out for this glitch.

EDIT: I think, without being 100% sure, that I lost exactly 100 Fire cells. It may be that, somehow, when I crafted Barbael it cost 100 Fire cells. If anyone else crafts him, please check your Fire cells before and after, and report if it happens to you too?

Good to know, unfortunately I do not know what mine were before I started the dungeons so I am not sure if I lost any or not. But I will keep my eyes on them from now on.

Support informed me that this is a known glitch - the Fire cells have converted to Earth cells. I checked- correct. They are working on it. Well done to CS for understanding the report and responding accurately.

@C0ntr1v3d i thought the same thing, but then started doubting how many i had in the first place, glad to know i wasnt the only one and that they are aware of it.

Support asked whether I wanted my 111 cells converted back to fire or remain as earth. Then converted them within 2 hours after I confirmed my preference.

If i want them kept as earth cells do i still have to send a ticket to support? Or should i just keep quiet?
