They asked all data, as device, country, etc... But that was. Also tried to clear cache, to reset advertising ID, but no change for me. As i know, The Problem with monsterwood have only amazon players. There is also No feedback regarding compensation for all The events, daily goals, etc... Yes, fully agree with you, its Frustration for all of us. Where is the balance in game, all players should have same conditions? So no cells, no coins, No gems for us, just time spent to see The Error "we are sorry, something went wrong. Please try again" several times a day. Maybe one more information, sp dont have responsible developer for monsterwood ... .

Reported several times also to ingame support, but still no solution, no compension, no respond. Please lets know, thanks. Or there is no need to have same conditions for all players?
