So I opened the free chest that you get in the pack section. Ive done this twice since starting this game and both times i have gotten a really good rare monster but after collecting they just disappear and are never to be found again.

Where do they go?? Because its as if i never even opened the chests.

They should be in your storage in egg form.

Ive checked my storage also but they are not in there either.

In free chests you can get eggs and like Ekto said they should go to storage but you also can get cells of monsters. If you got cells and you dont have the level to repair the Lab you cant see cells yet but as soon as you repair the cells will be in your vault in lab

what do you mean?

@Ekto-Gamat are you sure it was an entire monster (egg) ? It is possible was only 5 cells etc those would go to lab & never to storage
