Samael the Plague Carrier (Nemesis, Dark, Legendary) Analysis:

Samael The Plague Carrier, commonly referred to as "Sammy" is the 470th monster of the game and is generally believed to be the best monster of the game. It's moves include full resurrections, massive damage and bleeding and its stats are higher due to it being a nemesis monster. Its trait is bulwark.

Level 130 (Maximum Level):

Move set Analysis (All data from Monsterwiki is known to not be so accurate, don't shoot the messenger!):
Viral Fevers is the first pre-unlocked move of Sammy and is a physical move. It deals low physical damage (25%) and has a stamina of 13. Zero cool down too.
Life Hazard is the second pre-unlocked move of Sammy and is a dark move. It deals moderate dark damage (30%) and has a stamina of 13. Zero cool down too.
Skills Group One:
Death delay is the first group one skill and heals all allies by 25%. It has no cool down and costs zero stamina (may not be accurate in the future).
Ill-Fated is the second group one skill and deals moderate dark damage (35%). It removes all positive status effects from target. It has no stamina and has no cool down.
Early Ergotism is the third group one skill and deals moderate metal damage (45%). It has a 50% chance of making target bleed. It has a cool down of zero and costs 26 stamina.
Skills Group Two:
Death Moratorium is the first group two skill and heals selected ally by 50% and heals all other allies by 25%. It also may give regeneration to all allies. It has a cool down of three and costs 33 stamina.
Black Sickness is the second group two skill and deals moderate dark damage (40%). It removes all positive status effects from the selected enemy. It also may daze the target. It has a cool down of zero and costs 31 stamina.
Ergot Poisoning is the third group two skill and deals heavy metal damage (55%). It may give nightmares to target and also has a 50% chance of making target bleed. It has a cool down of zero and costs 32 stamina.
Skills Group Three:
Necromantic Secrets is the first group three skill and resurrects an ally with 50% health. It has a cool down of four and costs 29 stamina.
Pain Scourge is the second group three skill and deals moderate dark damage (40%) to all enemies. It dazes and removes all positive status effects from all enemies. It also removes all negative status effects from allies. It has a cool down of two and costs 41 stamina.
Ergotoxicosis is the third group three skill and deals massive metal damage (70%). It may make the target bleed and may give nightmares to target. It has a cool down of one and costs 34 stamina.
Skill Group Four:
Unholy Resurrect is the first group four skill. It resurrects one ally with 100% health. It has a cool down of five and costs 36 stamina.
Pestilence is the second group four skill. It removes all positive status effects from all targets. It may poison all targets and may make all targets bleed. It also gives weakness to special attacks. It has a cool down of four and costs 0 stamina (may not be accurate).
The final move is Samael Warrior. It gives one extra turn, damage increase, precision and 100% stamina to an ally. It has a cool down of five and costs zero stamina (may not be accurate).
Now for the question, was releasing this monster a good idea?
Sammy is obviously the most overpowered monster as of now (discounting war masters but even then he's still OP), but its gotten to a point where it's an instant win.
As soon as you buy this monster, for the most part, you will win. Especially if your other monsters can be used to support Sammy.
Now I'm not saying you'll win 100% of all the attacks you use, but the fact still stands he is broken and is essentially just pay too win.
But that's only the slight problem, the major problem is they can't nerf it. At this point, Social Point would have to refund every single person who bought Sammy, then potentially refund every single rune bought for him, all the food used on him, gold, gems etc. It would take way too much effort and they would receive backlash. This is why I believe releasing this monster was a terrible mistake, simply put it, they can't turn back. I understand that most F2P players will NEVER encounter Sammy, but the point still stands its a broken, P2W monster that they can't even nerf due to backlash reasons.
This is worrying too me considering how they're now adding war master monsters and more payed monsters with extremely high stats. At this rate, in one month we'll have a monster with a trait that lets all allies have double life, has a zero cool down possession, glitched and hacked AoE with 0 stamina cost and can apply double life shield to all allies for 17 turns. OK, I'm exaggerating, but you get what I mean. It's a feeling of "this is just the beginning."
