I can not enter Dragon City, I keep coming out to update. That's why I've lost my reward for alliance races!

try deleting and reinstalling the game. you won’t lose your rewards and if you have an account connected you won’t lose your data, but if you don’t then don’t delete the game.

I did everything, uninstall and reinstall the game several times and I also made my report (the one that sent it days ago) and still do not answer me

@Alessandra-Quesada As far as I know they are on it. But some bugs are difficult to fix and need time.

Same issue, uninstall, reinstall, delete data, cache, delete FB, account FB, on diffent device same problem..

@mMm Check often if you have a new update in the play store or game store. Should come out soon and fix it. Clear cache after updating also.

@Bettina-Löffler I installed the last version 8.2 and works only 1 hour. After that the same error with update.

@Bogdan-Garagau We have been informed by the Community Manager that this is being worked on. It was a pretty widespread issue, but it is receiving priority. Hopefully everyone will be up and running soon.

Version 8.2 is working, but followed by info from comment on PLay Store i didn't connect to FB and untill now it's working. Did someone connected to FB after update to 8.2?

@mMm Yes I connected on FB and after that dont work

On FB we have day rewards and arena is more easy. I have and use the wizard.
