As with previous updates, they usually roll out in order by android, ios, facebook and amazon. Keep in mind that does not mean this one will follow that pattern, but that have been the pattern in the past.
I am a collector not a fighter, need I say more? Oh yeah....and female. ;)

I live in the EU, I ran out of space a long time ago so I'm deciding if I should buy an island or wait for the art update since it gives space.

Usually a week or two for all three platforms to be updated to all regions.
