need some help.

I can‘t change anything on my settings in this forum. I get always the error message „username is to long“. Could someone help me from the @adminstrators to fix that?

So
1- if you need something urgent you can ask so we can add it

I am using safari on my iPad or iMac.
I want make a signature or add my real name and so easy things

So to make sure you tried on imac and same thing ? what about to exclude browser error you try chrome or Firefox for example ?

5min ago I got the same error message on Internet Explorer 10 on Windows

Strange ! but i think it is not browser problem then
this is the 1st case of this error

these are the results of my tests

• Safari on iPad UMTS --> ErrorMessage "username is to long"
• Safari on iPad WLAN --> ErrorMessage "username is to long"
• Safari on iMac --> ErrorMessage "username is to long"
• Chrome on iMac --> ErrorMessage "username is to long"
• IE 10 on Windows --> ErrorMessage "username is to long"

so from ym point of view this is not a problem of browser, environment or something like that. Something in the forum settings are broken

Can someone change my username? I don't know my username only the eMail-Adress I Login!!!

I don't see a user name . maybe the error message is not that accurate .
and cause the error canot be re produced by moderator or administrator it is hard to tell what is happening
