I have a couple questions...first...if I were to breed a "pure" of all the basic dragons (tera, fire, electric ect...) Can I delete the common versions to free up space,or should I hang onto them? And 2nd I can't seem to add my shiny new Pure Electric to my team with my Tailwind & Waterstorm...why?

Unless they are low level, never get rid of your single elementals. You will accidentally breed a lot of pures with the pure hybrids. Sure, you could use them to breed a legend, but pureXpure is a much more reliable method. The reason you can’t add your pure electric to your team may be due to arena restrictions, since a lot of them ban pures. I wouldn’t use a pure electric, though. Breed a 4-elemental at the breeding sanctuary, they’re much stronger and have better coverage.

Pure hybrids have some of the longest breeding and hatching wait times, so avoid mixing pure dragons with other elements, as they tend to produce more pure hybrids. Try using pure + pure, or legend + legend if you're trying to make more legendaries.
You should keep your basic elementals, as they are required for some quests. They also make some breedings easier, considering the rule that they cannot breed directly with dragons of their opposite element.
