What is the best strategy when upgrading habitats with tokens?
Upgrade one habitat to the max, or upgrade all habitats evenly (to level 3 first)

I believe it stops at level 7, what does it matter no one will get to level 7 let alone a level 9. Unless of course you include hackers.

@Minh-Lưu @Drutten Max is level 7. It can hold 9 dragons. It doesnt matter if you upgrade one habitat to level 7 or all to level 3. It will cost the same tokens and can hold one more dragon each.

lol probably photoshopped. I wasn't accusing you btw, I was just saying that hackers would be the only ones able to go that high, I don't think there are even big spenders who would do that.
