On mobile platforms
Before you start make sure game has been connected to Facebook
· open the game on phone and log it out of Facebook
· then on pc/laptop or with puffin browser on mobile, remove the game from Facebook: click games, your games, dragon city, the cog and remove app then remove DO NOT CLICK TO DELETE DATA IN STEP 5
· reopen game on phone and reconnect to facebook, check if friends are there
· if this did not work repeat the process, if still no friends, contact sp
On Pc
· remove the app from Facebook as described above
· clear browser history and cache
· reload game and check for friends
· if this did not work repeat the process, if still no friends report to social point
