I have reported some cheating players but all respond I get is nothing. You just closes the case.. Saying reported to other department.

What do you do to stop these players...

Today it looks like nothing as they are still playing... by Cheating.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING

Even players that use high dragons when only epic dragons are allowed.
All players i have reported are still out there playing with their cheats.

@Blackbear it is very frustrating to come up against these players and to see them in game time and time again. We have all seen them as well as voiced concerns. They assure us that they are working on it.

All of the last 5 players I have fought in Arena have had Yggdarsil, they can't all be hackers?. I am in Primal 3. Have SP made a boob.

@Kevin-N-Scott ygygdrasil is not yet released... so they all are cheaters....

@Blackbear I know Yggdarsil is not released, but seeing so many with him just made me think. Also these hackers were not very good as most the time he was only level 20 to 30 so easy to beat. I would expect hacker to be level 40.
Another game I play in some regions they made mistake and released something early to some, so not the player fault.

Some of them even have multi numbers of high feral dragons who are leveled to 45 as well, so id say hackers...

Because he apparently has lv 70 High Feral and High Celestial Dragons in his videos.

Nobody could have either of those legitimately.

And given just how many people in the arenas right now are using Yggdrasil, you kind of have to expect an awful lot of the OTHER Heroics people use are hacked too.

If there are that many hackers stupid enough to reveal themselves by using an unreleased dragon, how many MORE are there who just give themselves L40s of all the ones which have actually come out, so won't get noticed?

SP has to come up with a better way of handling this than player reports. At this point I am forced to assume that the majority of arena competitors are cheaters.

Sadly, player reports dont help as the reported players keep on playing like nothing has happened. Now they just take away the possibility to report for the ones that Do report hackers. I guess its more convinient to Do it like that then to take actions against hackers...

I know that they are working on improvements in hacker detection, but in the meantime they should be resetting and banning the accounts that people are turning in. Make the legit players feel like they’re being heard.

That is exactly What i mean, wish they would take action against the hacker on the side while they are trying to figur out how to stop the game from beeing hacked... when they try and fix the game the hackers just keep winning the competitions over and over and it doesnt give a lot of other players much chanse to win anything fair and square...

At the moment right now there is at least 3 cheaters with dragons that should not be able to fix. MEANING CHEATERS. IN TOP 10 in arena primal iii

Are they? Somebody on FB group has stated that SocialPoint is not very much interested in hearing about hackers, and in fact banned several people from talking to support because they reported such hackers. The reasoning was that those hack tools (***********) require purchasing the dragon eggs with gems - so these "hackers" still have to buy gems from SP. And to SP, a bit of money from hackers is better than just banning them and receiving no hacker's money at all.

@Stilor I Edited your post to remove the tool names. Not everyone knows them and we really don’t want to make it easier.

At this point Stilor, I really am beginning to wonder myself.

Oh wow, I had seen those tool names as dragon names ALL THE TIME on battles. I had no idea they were hacked (I feel so naive). This is a very very widespread problem.

I reported in support. Many times with evidence....

So i beleave we all should demand our money back. As they encurage cheaters.

They dont bother at all. They just closes support tickets.........

Social point has replied, on the three times I have reported hackers, that they appreciate the info and have a team working on solving the problem.
However this past month has seen an unusually high number of players complaining on these forums about cheating. Specifically with multiple and/or empowered high feral dragons and with the yet unreleased yggdrasil dragon.
It can't be that difficult to track down which players have yggdrasil already!! SP is running out of time to deal with these hackers. Twelve days and counting...

@cuebiyar Yeah, if all players with dragons of those names are hackers then it's a HUGE fraction of the total. Probably another reason SP doesn't really want to take action. Banning a quarter of the active players for hacking? That would be... extreme.

A quarter of the players is some exaggeration! You find that one out of every four battle opponents is a hacker? You had to replace one-fourth of your alliance after discovering they are hackers? I certainly haven't had these problems.
It's probably very few players involved. Thus it should be an easy fix.

Down to 11 days to remove the early Yggdrasil owners. Hurry up SP!!!

Out of the last 24 fights I've been presented in the arena, 21 had Yggdrasil. 15 of them had two High Ferals AND Yggdrasil.

Even when it's less blatant, about a quarter of the fights I get involve a dragon named after one of the hacking tools. So yes, it really does seem to be that much.

There's someone on YouTube that has a new Heroic Dragon called the High Commander Dragon.

I have reported several players. Support has confirmed they have impossible dragons.. They said they have taken action.... But the players still play.. Sad DC is a nice game.

Today I got answer from support on the not cheating player's in top ten pvp arena. They do have yggdrasil lvl 45 before it was released. But according to SP thats is not cheating. And they talk about fair play...

@Blackbear have you asked them to explain why it is not cheating. Ludicrous to say not cheating. SO spoil there own game.

You can post screenshots. But names and IDs are not allowed here. So it would be kinda useless.

Today i got a New anser.....

I replied to them yesterday. And ask how I could get these dragons and levels.....

They answered clearly. If they have yggdrasil they have cheated....

New reply today.
Yesterday DC told me they removed the one I reported that was cheating. And none of the top ten were....

I have picture on top ten player with yggdrasil..........
I have ask to get all my gems spent on pvp arena back or remove the cheating players....

@Blackbear Could you please send me screenshots of these responses? Do not post them here because It is against board policies. Send them through chat. Just click on my name and it will give you the option.

I'd second that hacking becomes rampant. Just in the last day I had seen either multiple higher ferals, or a level-45 high feral, or yggdrasil (or in one case, yggdrasil + 2 high ferals). I am spamming SP support with screenshots whenever I am not too lazy to do it.

I am currently at ~10K points in the arenas. I hate to think what it will be further up. It is already a major fun-killer. That, and a host of other bugs which have been reported to SP and are not getting fixed...

You'd be surprised how Social Point has taught me to take screens. Unfortunately, CHEATERS can only be caught when the "FACEBOOK USER ID" is known. Why not just state this when these threads pop up?

@Mr.Mcgregor Many of these should have had some corrective actions taken in the last few days. If you see any today on, please let us know.

DC said they had taken action to remove illegal dragons etc. Have they taken the opportunity to remove the hackers’ accounts at the same time? DC might have removed Yggdrasil that has not been officially released, but these hackers may have obtained other already released dragons, with unlimited gems and coins. If the only risk to hacking was the removal of a few out of place dragons, I think hackers would not be deterred from trying it again.
