A couple quick issues:

1. Have players received the World Cup soccer pack into their games yet? My son purchased this in his game on two attempts, both of which end up being billed, and he did not receive the content. We filed a ticket with support, who provided an extremely fast response, stating that these packs had been loaded into player games and to check for confirmation. They closed the ticket. There is no content yet in the game. We have opened another ticket, and are waiting for a response, but are others in this same boat?

2. The discount on expansion is not discounting the price to unlock Desert Island. The normal price for me to purchase is 74 gems and during this expansion discount the price actually increases to 75 gems! Anyone else have this problem? This is a recurring issue with this island.
