When do we have the Dungeon Habitat and the Shrine item in used on Mobile devices :3

The Dungeon Habitat was an old habitat released way back a few years ago with the initial release of the Cerberus and Demon Dragons. It floated outside the other islands in the skies.

I believe the shrines are the Wizards.
