I have read about these events but have never tried them because I've never been sure where you are supposed to breed them. The Sanctuary, Tree etc. I'm on PC only

Does not really matter as long as it’s not the Sanctuary. For some reason the Sanctuary tends to not work well, and it opens up more possible pairings and less success.

If you can’t take the heat, don’t tickle the dragon!
