Scaraborg where do I begin. I guess with his main form of "set up" that he has. Artifact Hater is very situational with there being only 5 monsters that it would even be useful against. For mechanical book wars you've already got great artifact counters with Ingenica, and Scrapp Warrior. For Ingenica, she can use her skill "Stress Test" on your attacker. That alone makes it alot better at dealing with artifacts then anything Scaraborg can do by itself! For Scrapp Warrior, he can destroy artifacts using his a skill combo of "Moonshine Bottle" skill + "Homebrewed Nuclear Device". This is due to all artifacts being in the Mechanical book, and hence Scrapp Warrior Mechanical hater affects the damage you deal to them.
On top of being outclassed in dealing with artifacts. Scaraborg just has weak to average skills. When dealing with anything outside of an artifact monster. I guess for just metal wars Scaraborg can be useful, but that's one of three possible war combos he is usable in (Metal, Evil Legions, and Mechanical). However that's if there's an artifact on defense, and it can't just deal with you. Cough, cough, Tankerion.
I really want Scaraborg to good, and I like the idea of him being an artifact counter, but he was poorly designed. Here's my thoughts on how he should be built stat wise, skill wise, and etc.

Cooldown=4, or 5
With these changes he'd be way better in alot of ways. First he'd actually be a great counter to artifacts, especially to Tankerion. With his trait disable + poison combo on his "Insalubrious Horn", "Virtulent Horn", and "Noxious Liquid" skills. With him also having the ability to be self-substaining, with his shielding, and recovery. He would make a great defensive legend. You also got a complete reset skill with "Pipes Purge" if you really need it. All this fits with his description implying him being insanely aggressive, strong, and having the ability to corrode any metal.
Tell me all what you think! Would really like some discussion, for maybe if enough, he would be changed. However highly doubt it
