So on the Facebook platform of Dragon City, if you hover your mouse over the Golden chest where a bunch of event icons are stored in, there will be an icon that says "Free 43 gems". If you click it, and say "Get free gems" a Facebook popup asking for either your credit card or paypal will appear, with the price being around $4.50 with a discount of $4.50, making it free. Is this offer legitimate?
