I just now saw your response. It was the recent event where you do various activities to collect maze coins which were then used to advance through the maze to win dragons. I had already won two dragons and was one step from getting the third, which would have been my first Epic dragon in the game since I'm a new player. But, I ran out of maze coins and had to wait until the timer reset for me to be able to collect more. So I went into the game expecting next time to get that Epic dragon, only to find my maze event had reset as if I'd never even begun playing it. I rebooted my device. I tried a different device, I uninstalled and re-installed the game. Nothing would put me back where I had left off. SInce I never heard from support before the event ended and I was having to start over, I used the newly earned maze coins but got the same two first dragons I'd already collected before the problem happened. I didn't have enough time left to earn enough coins to get back to where I had left off before the event crashed on me. And I was too annoyed to spend any more money on the game to buy maze coins to get the dragon I "should" have won, just on principal. I can't afford to spend time AND money on a game and not get what I win. Period. It's very frustrating. And it was very disappointing not to have heard from anyone about it even though I submitted support tickets on the issue. I don't come on this forum every day. Someone should have contacted me via my email address and made things right.
