Maybe more info like have you downloaded the latest version - since when is this happening. the more info there is the better we can help

I do have the latest version of the game and I tried everything. I joined discord server and no response

@Frank-Rand Please do not create multiple threads for the same issue. Since you have responses on this thread, I locked the other one

You will probably need to submit a detailed bug report telling them what is going on. Make sure ro include the format you are playing on and anything you have tried on your own to fix the problem. Then, have a little patience and don’t expect a response until mid week. This is Friday, and they don’t work weekends.
