Hi, I'm the Coleader of my team John 117 and I noticed that we cannot participate in the race, saying that I should join a more active team with at least 50 war coins just as shown in this ss:

But the fact is, my team is VERY ACTIVE and in the last 14 days, we gathered more than 1000 war coins, as you can see here: 
This is highly and unjustly unfair considering that
1. This bug is an obstacle for us to get the rewards that EVERY player deserves.
2. Will force our members to quit searching for new unbugged teams and thus resulting in the failure of the team.
3. Will make us HATE THE GAME MORE AND MORE (considering the fact that at least 3 tickets were sen by me concerning a previous bug)
4. EVEN AFTER THIS BUG IS RESOLVED, our team will NOT have as opportunities as other teams and hence will be unfairly ranked most likely the last.
In terms of all the above, I demand A QUICK solution for this problem considering that my team "John 117" is one of the MOST ACTIVE teams as shown on previous screenshots and this one: 
Please consider this post and read it willingly carefully. Also I, on behalf of my team John 117, am requesting a hasten solution and assuming a reply with a solution given rather than "send a ticket to SP" kind of not-a-solution. Otherwise, We want a refund or something that will recover our team from the several problems that are caused by this bug.
