Ban team jumpers .
I would like to be able to ban players from my team. As a team co leader i see all to often with team race and such like players jumping in and out of my team and i would like the ability to ban these players from joining with the option of rescinding the ban if leaders and co leaders agree them entry.

@Brexitswiss Change to private and then you can decide who to let in and who not.
