For me i'm really close to getting Al Canine got currently 67 cells for him, and this event will allow me to get him either free or with light cells.

Currently I only bought the rare cells and 20 Jakugan cells (had 80). Let's wait for the other offers. Unfortunately the cell week is not the event for ranking up monsters (beyond rank 1), it's too expensive for that.
