About 48 hours ago i bought the maze chest that give between 1500 to 6500 coins. I've waited almost 24 hours and didn't get it so I opened a ticket and sent them a screenshot of the invoice. It took them over 20hours to answer me and ask me what i was supposed to received from the purchase. I answered them and no more answer and it's been another 14hours without answer. What should i do?

@dbrsseau There are millions of customers around the world, and have more than one game. On any given day,they get hundreds if not thousands of tickets. They also work a 40 hour week. They do not work weekends, and they recently had a week long holiday. This means they are backed up on support tickets. For these reasons they ask people NOT to send in multiple tickets.
I don’t know what your issue is but have you searched the forums to see if someone else has reported the same issue? Have you tried to fix the issue yourself? Have you checked the FAQs on SPs site to see if your question is answered? It may take some time to respond. I know it’s frustrating, but while waiting on some type of response, try some of the things I asked about if you have not tried them yet.

Yes I did and we resolved it... I'm just saying they don't respond... and all your answer above are identical for other game so... that doesn't excuse them for me... Supercell has many game and work only 40h a week and they still manage to respond in a delay of 48h!
