Hello everyone. This topic will focus on improving Herr Kommissar's skill set to make him a potential favourite risky epic to use for high levels. This is purely out of personal preference meaning it is only right for me to make these for some of the epics near his proximity of time during which he entered the game. That is to not make any bias towards a certain epic with and not let other epics who need a buff stay weak.
When Herr Kommissar was first introduced to the game, I was very excited to get him because he is my favourite monster design-wise. I love his walking, waiting and magic attack animation. The only problem with me liking him more was...his skills. It is viable but VERY limiting given that he is an epic.
Currently, his skill set does accurately portray his philosophy in the training grounds. Use punishments to detect cowards/would-be traitors and make them think twice about defecting or chickening out. However, it seems that the cons vastly overthrow the pros in his skills which made him a joke to the ML community. (I think)
I would like to change that and make him into an epic worth using. I have some ideas for new skills to overwrite current ones and a skill where once ranked to rank 4, he will access the special skill. Here they are:
Skills Group 1:
Endless Loyalty and Punish Unloyalists stay the same.
Fire and Fury: Applies double damage, burn and ignite to one ally. Requies cooldown. Stamina: 19 Cooldowns: 1
This would be changed to:
Fiery Loyalty: Applies damage boost to all allies. Applies burn to all allies. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 20 Cooldowns: 1
Skills Group 2:
Rival purge stays the same.
Inspiring Sacrifice: Gives 100% of stamina to one ally. Removes 10% of stamina from itself. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 17 Cooldowns: 1
This would be changed to:
Inspiring Sacrifice: Heals one ally by 30%. Removes 50% of stamina from one ally. Gives one extra turn to one ally. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 45 Cooldowns: 3
Fiery Loyalty: Applies damage boost and burn to one ally. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 16 Cooldowns: 2
This would be changed to:
Invigorating Sacrifice: Removes 30% of life from one ally. Gives 50% of stamina to one ally. Gives one extra turn to ally. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 45 Cooldowns: 3
Skills Group 3:
For the General: Applies double damage and ignite to all allies. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 18 Cooldowns: 3
This would be changed to:
Herr Kommissar's Favourite: Applies Triple damage, burn and ignite to one ally. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 35 Cooldowns: 2
Horrible Punishment: Deals very heavy dark damage to one enemy. Applies nightmares to all allies. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 17 Cooldowns: 3
This would be changed to:
Horrible Punishment: Deals very heavy (60%) dark damage to one enemy. Applies nightmares to all enemies. Applies nightmares to all allies. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 25 Cooldowns: 2.
Now, the interesting one.
Exhausting Charge: Gives one extra turn to an ally. Removes 50% of stamina from one ally. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 16 Cooldowns: 3
This would be changed to:
We March Till We Die Gives 3 extra turns to one ally. Ally will die in 2 turns. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 67 Cooldowns: 4
Lastly, the rank 4 skill. One of these 2 skills will randomly appear when Herr Kommissar reaches level 110:
You'll March Till You Die: Activates all cooldowns on one enemy. Gives 3 extra turns to one enemy. Enemy will die in 2 turns. Requires cooldown. Stamina: 95 Cooldowns: 4
Or:
The Endless March Begins: Ressurrects all allies with 100% Health. Gives stamina regeneration to all allies. Requires Cooldown. Stamina: 170 Cooldowns: 6
Now for his Special Skill:
Endless March: Gives 3 extra turns to itself.
This would be changed to:
The Endless March: Gives 2 extra turns to one ally.
These skills have been designed to work with the supercharged amulet Herr Kommissar can equip hence why they have high stamina.
Currently, at level 90, his speed is at 2,940. This will be decreased to 2,600.
His life is currently at 17,855 at level 90. This will be increased to 20,035.
His power will remain the same.
