In the notification for the VIP cels chest it says...

"To access the nemesis dungeons you need VIP monsters"

Uh what? Is that a typo or a change gameplay?

I think it is outdated. The current crop of vip breedings came about for the talos dungeons. Where you needed vips to progress through his dungeon.
