I've read the sticky post on top of the list but it doesn't seem to work... I send them over 3 bug report in the last month and did not have any respond... I've tried posting a issue here and it didn't change anything... I'm not in a hurry but I would love to have a answer someday... At least if they want to keep me as a regular base player... So this bring up my question, what is the best way to submit a bug report?

@dbrsseau I’m sorry they are not responding. It can be very frustrating when you are waiting to hear something and you get nothing. It can be just as frustrating for us board Moderators who have to try ro explain things.
Just to clarify things for you. Wr (Moderators) can only advise you based on things we know that have worked in the past. We are players that volunteer our time to help other players and to help keep the boards organized.
I am unsure of what problem you are having in game, but I can tell you that a lot of times when you submit multiple tickets, your account can be temporarily blocked, or ignored. Support get thousands of tickets that have to be sorted and prioritized. When you submit multiple tickets, it just adds to the backlog. They also do not work 24/7 like people seem to think. They work a 40 hour work week, off on weekends, and just coming off a holiday week. This means it may take some time to get a response.
Finally, the biggest issue is clarity. When submitting a bug report, you need to be very clear about what is going on. What platform /device are you having issues with. What are you doing when the bug occurs? What steps, if any, have you tried? Then, be patient. Depending on your issues it could take a week or longer to get a response. Look through the forums to see if others have reported or have a solution. A lot of bugs have been in these games for years. They usually don’t respond to those either.
