I have been unable to send in help tickets through the support feature. When I try to send them it says "Message not sent. Tap to resend." I tap but nothing happens. It seems as if I am being blocked. Please help or explain what is happening

@Starlord4778 As dbrsseau stated, if you send in multiple tickets, it is an auto anti-spam feature. How many requests have you sent, and in what amount of time? People get very impatient when something goes wrong in their game and they tend to send in multiple tickets which actually slows down the entire process.
Keep in mind, sP has millions of customers playing across a few different games. They receive hubdreds if not thousands of tickets daily. They work a 40 hour work week, not 24/7. They do not work weekends and they are just returning from a week long holiday. Which means there is currently a backlog. Game stopping issues are given priority. They also can’t help when the tickets are very unclear. You would be surprised at the number of people who write “my game isn’t loading, fix it”. With no further details. You have to be very clear and include things such as the format you are playing and any steps you’ve taken to try and remedy the issue on your own.
It may take them a week or more to get back to you. Just try to be patient.

@Starlord4778 The support doesnt block people. I had the same problem and fixed it myself. I cleared cache, deleted data, uninstalled the game. Then I switched of phone. Switched on phone again and installed DC from Play Store. I can contact the support now. DO NOT DO THIS WHEN YOUR GAME IS NOT CONNECTED TO FACEBOOK. YOU MIGHT LOOSE YOUR PROGRESS!!!
