@Nynaevelan said in SP protects cheating players!:
Yeah when you get hundreds of those pesky messages a day let's see how well you do with ignoring them.
When I was talking about "pesky limitation", I meant that moderators should be capable of sending messages regardless of the recipient's profile configuration. I don't know if it is so on this forum - if it isn't, it is yet another evidence of SP's <sarcasm on> thoughtful attitude </sarcasm off>.
Oh wait I have seen how well you handle ignoring the quickness (insert sarcasm) of SPs response to hackers
I don't know if your sarcasm is directed to me or to SP. If it is to SP, it is well placed - that player is still a proud owner of the two High Celestials. I followed up with support and they agreed that there was no legitimate way to obtain them. Yet, still no action taken by them.
If you don't believe me, go to the alliance rankings by trophies, view the 1st alliance and view the profile of the 1st player in it.
Yeah they are annoying but honestly even if they got rid of all the hackers it still would be virtually impossible to go high in the ranks without lots of time, gems and money.
Unfortunately, Arena fights are not only needed for "going high in the ranks". It is also required by alliance chests, and it is also a source of tokens. And those hackers force honest players to spend resources to get past. Gold & food would be ok, but gems are a rare commodity.
With all that in mind, I think a little public shaming won't hurt SP. They really need to step up their efforts in enforcing the fair play.
