I wrote in about not getting videos. NOW I get one or two and have to wait eight hours for one or two again. And this has been the past two weeks with no change. Am I the only one with this issue ?

@ZANEGAURD Its is normal to get one video for one gem and one for a chest with food and gold from cinema every 8 hours. The extra onse for gems or orbs or tokkens or coins are special events.

Have you gone up in level(s), the higher levels only get 2 videos per cycle unless it is a freebie promo, at that point it is 15 videos per cycle? I am not sure if region takes a part in the equation but I know levels does, the higher you are the fewer videos you get.

Long time ago I had 8 videos when there is no event in the freebies, since a long time I have only 2 in that period. I have 20-30 levels since then.

From the same device but on another acount I have sometimes 8, sometimes 2. This means the region is another wrong theory.

I have no idea either, just adding my humble 2 cents.

Region doesnt matter. 2 is normal. Lucky who gets more.
