So yeah, my account was lost just because I wanted to save my progress by signing into my Facebook account in still sad and mad about it to this day so if you could spcia point give me back all the progress I can remember. If you see this.

@Derp77 I’m not quite sure I’m understanding here since your mobile device saves your game data to your Facebook game. Numerous people, myself included, play both platforms with no issues. I play mainly on my IPad but at least once a day, I log into my Facebook game so that I can collect my daily calendar and to do the shuffle since these are only available on Facebook. Was your mobile game associated with your Facebook account?

If it was NOT , then try this.

1. Sign into your Facebook app on your device.
2. Log into your mobile devices game
3. Go to your game settings (gear icon, upper right corner)
4. Click the Facebook button. If your game has never been associated, you will get a pop up saying you have a saved game. Just look at the game levels and select the right game.

If your game was already associated, and you ignored that pop up, and continued to play, that is now the level of your game. Support cannot restore your progress because you overwrote your saved game.
